As president of the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, and No. 1 in the U.S. in terms of sales volume and closed units, Josh achieves operational excellence through effectively using proprietary technology and leveraging its global scale to provide top-tier performance for Keller Williams agents and their clients. He is charged with disrupting traditional approaches to real estate – envisioning, building, and scaling next-generation tools for Keller Williams and its associates.
An engineer since the age of 12, Josh has worked with Fortune 50 companies in industries including finance, travel, and advertising. A highly regarded marketing and technology expert, Josh is a frequent presenter on topics like open-source technology and programmatic buying. He is passionate about building new technologies, changing the consumer experience, and is constantly looking for ways to turn data into insights that add value to businesses and their clients.
Prior to joining Keller Williams, Josh was chief innovation officer for RAPP, a marketing services company, and vice president of technology for Splash Media, a social media solution provider. He has created digital platforms that range from internal CMS systems and CRM platforms to next-generation data management and search marketing solutions. He leverages best practices across verticals that culminate at the intersection of creative ideation and technical excellence.
In 2015, Business Insider named Josh as one of the 30 Most Creative People in Advertising Under 30. In 2016, he became Keller Williams’ chief innovation officer and led innovation labs with a focus on developing platforms, creating solutions, and forming coalitions with businesses and entrepreneurs. And in 2019, he was appointed president.
Josh and his wife Tara currently live in Austin, Texas, with their two sons.
