As a mega agent in Denver, Dianna sold more than 4,000 homes. She was named Entrepreneur of the Year three times and Business Woman of the Year four times. She also served as the team leader for a successful Keller Williams market center. Dianna leverages her experience as a top agent and local leader to build coaching and training programs to help people at all levels.
Dianna is an acclaimed developer of training programs, including BOLD (Business Objective: A Life by Design), which has helped tens of thousands of real estate professionals to grow their business and transform their lives. Drawing on her skills as a teacher, author and speaker, Dianna has built a team of more than 250 accountability coaches who inspire business professionals to earn and achieve more.
Under Dianna’s leadership, KW MAPS Coaching has earned a Stevie Award as Sales Training and Coaching Program of the Year and a Prism Award for outstanding organizational coaching.
Dianna has been recognized for her many contributions to her community, her industry and her company. In 2015, Dianna was nominated for an AT&T/Austin Business Journal Profile in Power Award. In 2016, she was named to the Swanepoel 200 list of the most powerful leaders in residential real estate. Inman News has named her one of the 25 Best Real Estate Coaches in the Business. She is a John Maxwell-certified coach and the author of 19 books. She and her husband, Tony DiCello, live in Austin.
